Ashley George

Committee Member

Ashley (she/her) attended Spring RYLA 2011 and returned for Spring RYLA 2012 as a Facilitator. She cherished her experiences as a Youth Committee Member for Spring RYLA 2013 and feels privileged to still be involved with RYLA, many years later! Ashley has supported RYLA over the years as a chaperone and helped out in different ways. She is appreciative of the times she was asked to be a speaker or leader at RYLA and is thankful for all the “warm and fuzzy” memories made over the years!

Ashley graduated from Rutgers- The State University of New Jersey in 2018 with her B.A. in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology. She achieved her M.S. in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2020. Ashley is currently pursuing her degree as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) through Immaculata University. She aspires to become a neuropsychologist and support healthy youth development across medical/health and behavioral challenges. She is grateful for her experiences with RYLA and the opportunity to support healthy youth empowerment with diversity, integrity, fellowship, leadership, and service. Ashley enjoys art, dance, music, nature, and travel in her free time!
